| - This accelerator solution dries twice as fast as the normal SPECIAL CEMENT BL
- Especially suitable for fast and smaller repairs such as to tread-area punctures and for larger one-step repairs with REMA TIP TOP RAD, PN and UP repair patches
- Can be used for self-vulcanization from 18 °C (65 °F) through to hot vulcanization at 150 °C (300 °F)
- Transparent and easy to distinguish from the standard SPECIAL CEMENT BL; used in the same way
