TIP TOP Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH located in Lutherstadt-Wittenberg and Warstein is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REMA TIP TOP GmbH, Munich, and a leading supplier of industrial corrosion protection systems. TIP TOP Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH is a leading specialist company for all areas of rubber lining and coating work since many years and provides a wide range of services, starting from the preparation of surfaces through the application of REMA TIP TOP rubber lining and coating systems to the final painting of exterior components. Rubber linings applied in our workshop are vulcanized in modern hot-air autoclaves. On request we also offer complete solutions including structural steel engineering and documentation.
After the establishment of our sales & distribution office in Wirges in October 2000, aiming to increase our distribution activities in the national and international project business, TIP TOP Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH has grown to a leading supplier of on-site rubber linings and coatings for industrial corrosion protection. Since the year 2000 we have protected almost 1,000,000 m² against corrosion by our rubber lining and coating systems in the power generation and mineral processing industries. Our customers are national and international plant engineering and operating companies.
Due to the unrestricted support by the worldwide service network of REMA TIP TOP GmbH we are able to offer our products and services around the globe.
Within the areas of rubber linings for rolls and drums as well as PU coatings, TIP TOP Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH is a recognized partner for many branches of the industry. The diverse materials used for the REMA TIP TOP range of corrosion protection products are based on formulas developed by our laboratories. They are highly resistant against chemical, thermal and mechanical wear and tear. Our experienced specialists determine the most suitable solution for your specific corrosion protection needs – project-related and on-site if appropriate – and so ensure that each protective system can optimally fulfil its task and will successfully contribute to the future economical and effective working of your installation.
As a further benefit of the REMA TIP TOP range of products the production of the diverse corrosion protection systems is carried out within our group of companies at the Lutherstadt-Wittenberg and Poing/Munich sites. This ensures a consistent high level of quality from the product development through production to the application of the products.
We offer you safety with a system.
Our company keeps records of the current DIBt and KTW / FDA certificates issued for the entire standard lining materials in our programme. All relevant DIN-regulations applicable to steel and rubber linings are complied with as a matter of course.
Furthermore, REMA TIP TOP materials have been qualified for use in nuclear power plants. There, they can be used in both radioactive and non-radioactive areas.
Our stringent quality assurance system guarantees a consistently high degree of quality. TIP TOP Oberflächenschutz Elbe GmbH is licensed pursuant to § 19 l of the WHG (German Water Ecology Act) and certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 since 1995.
In addition the approval for the lining of tank wagons according to TRT 010 is maintained. A further plus is the supervision and testing agreement closed with TÜV Hanover and the extensive professional contact with this association.
Besides its easy access from the highway our company is located in very close proximity to a high-capacity harbour on the Elbe River, which can also accommodate shipments having unusual and/or oversized dimensions.
